We’re licensed by the UK Government to provide virtual address services. Therefore, we are legally required to collect copies of one photo ID and proof of your home address from a utility bill for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

You will be asked to take a selfie with your ID (your face must be clearly visible). You can use a driving license, passport, or other Government-issued photo ID as proof of identification.

Please note, you cannot use the International Space City HQ address until AML checks have been completed.

Please note, that we are based in Scotland, so if you do register a business with Companies House, remember to choose ‘Scotland’. You cannot use a Scottish address to register a company in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

If you are a director of a registered company, you will need to provide Companies House with information about yourself, including your home and business address. You are permitted to use an address service for your business address. To do this, select the ‘Virtual Office with Registered Address’ plan.

Login to your Member Portal and update your payment details, contact details, switch plans or cancel your plan.
